Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

  • In case of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email or phone.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time depends on your location and product availability:

  • Within India: 3–7 business days

  • Remote/Non-metro locations: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

  • We may offer free shipping on selected products, orders above a certain value, or during promotional periods.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders and selected pin codes.

Please note:

  • COD may not be available for all locations.

  • In some cases, an additional COD handling fee may apply.

  • Customers are requested to keep the exact payment amount ready at the time of delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message/email with tracking details, if available. You can use the tracking information to monitor the delivery status of your package.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier service issues

  • Natural disasters or weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners, but we will always try our best to assist you in tracking and resolving the issue.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct at the time of placing the order.

If an order cannot be delivered due to:

  • incorrect address,

  • unavailability of the customer,

  • refusal to accept the order,

the order may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or if any item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the package and product. We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
